Cauliflower Crust Pizza

Cauliflower Crust Pizza
Ingredients:
1/3 Head of Cauliflower
2 Garlic Cloves
1 Egg White
1/4 Cup Parmesan
Salt & Pepper
Oregano
1/3 Cup Canned Crushed Tomatoes
1 oz Fresh Mozzarella
Olive Oil

Directions:

1. Process cauliflower and garlic cloves in a food processor until it appears to look like "rice."

 2. Place "rice" in microwave safe dish and microwave for 8 minutes.
 3. Add the egg white, parmesan, and a dash of salt, pepper, and oregano to the "rice" and mix thoroughly.
4. Place cauliflower "dough" onto a parchment lined pizza pan or cookie sheet and form into the shape of pizza crust.
 5. Bake pizza at 400 degrees for 20 minutes, rotating the pan half way through.
6. Take the crust out of the oven after 20 minutes, and carefully flip the crust over.
 7. Add toppings to the crust (I prefer a lot of sauce- or crushed tomatoes in this case).
8. Place pizza back in oven and bake until cheese is melted.
9. Finally, drizzle olive oil and sprinkle salt on top of the cooked pizza and ENJOY!
