Almond Flour Brownies

Ingredients:
3/4 Cup Almond Flour
1/4 tsp Salt
2 Tbs Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
3/4 Cup Sugar
3 Large Eggs
1 tsp Vanilla
1 Stick of Butter
1/2 Cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips + Extra for Top of Brownies

Directions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350.
2. Mix together flour, baking powder, cocoa powder and salt. Set aside.
3. Melt butter and chocolate chips in a pan on medium heat.
4. Whisk together sugar, eggs and vanilla until combined.
5. Slowly mix melted chocolate into the sugar and eggs mix, so as not to cook the eggs.
6. Finally, combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients and mix thoroughly.
7. Pour the batter into a greased 8x8 baking dish, top batter with extra chocolate chips, and cook for 30 minutes.
8. Allow to cool and ENJOY! 

Notes:
*Brownies may sink some after removing from oven.
*Brownies are even more fudge-like after sitting over night.
*Makes about 9 brownies.
