Chef's Corner- New Albany HS

I began a new job at New Albany Schools as a Live Cook- meaning, I cook food to order in a sauté pan right in front of the students! I did a test run of penne pasta with a choice of sauce, protein, and vegetables today for the administrative staff and custodial staff. Pretty sure it was a hit! The students start school on Monday and my nerves are all over the place. But, I'll persevere! Wish me luck in my new endeavor.
